Trouble Selling?

RE Broker Gerard Slendore submitted a photo of a house that he was having issues selling. Every one of his potential buyers was unwilling to make an offer because of the kitchen. Gerard sent in the marketing photo [before] along with the floorplan [Sample]. Gerard, who is a designer as well, added his thoughts. Here is his description.

Please help this REVOLTING kitchen. We need to add a dishwasher (where to put it is up to you!). Perhaps a breakfast bar/counter in the 'addition'. GO FOR IT!

In our redesign, Envisionroom recommended swapping the oven and refridgerator locations.
